Many people returning to work after stepping away for a bit face fear and uncertainty as they reconsider their professional career. This could include thinking “who will hire me?” as well as anxiety about being in a structured setting or feeling they are out of touch with the latest technology.
This fear and uncertainty are normal. However, returning candidates have a wide range of experience and expertise that could benefit any organization. Managing a household, multi-tasking child and/or elder care needs, event planning for local charities, and volunteer work are all valuable skills that are transferable to the workplace.
WorkLife Recharge is your dedicated companion on the journey to reignite your professional career after a hiatus. We understand the unique challenges and apprehensions faced by candidates as they step back into the professional realm after spending time away.
WorkLife Recharge's mission is to ease this transition through training and internships, while also providing companies with access to a vastly underutilized pool of experienced talent.
